Senior Executive - Purchase

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive in Purchase, you will be responsible for ensuring the procurement of materials for Civil, MEP, finishing, and interior works. Your key focus will be on maintaining quality, specifications, and coordination with suppliers and the site team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Additionally, you will be expected to manage contracts for imported materials, maintain daily reports, and follow up with vendors as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a good knowledge of Civil, MEP, finishing, and interior works materials brands, including imported material brands and specifications. - Conduct accurate calculations, including material wastage as per specifications. - Build a strong database of quality suppliers and installers. - Coordinate with suppliers and the site team to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. - Adhere to dispatch schedules and manage contracts for imported materials, including knowledge of CIF details. - Maintain daily reports on work output and follow up with vendors when necessary. - Demonstrate loyalty, integrity, and adherence to company policies at all times.
