Management Trainee – Financial Analysis

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will lead a high-performing financial analysis team supporting US clients. The role demands proven expertise in DCF modeling, Argus Enterprise, and multifamily/CRE assets, while ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with global standards. You will manage workflows, guide analysts, and serve as a key liaison with US stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Manage and train analysts; review financial models for accuracy and insight.
Client Engagement: Act as primary contact for US-based clients, ensuring timely and precise deliverables.
Financial Modeling: Oversee DCF and Argus-based models, providing actionable insights on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio performance.
Strategic Reporting: Deliver executive-level reports with KPIs (IRR, CoC returns) and investment recommendations.
Process Excellence: Drive quality, efficiency, and adherence to US BPO/global center standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in financial modeling, Argus Enterprise, and DCF analysis (real estate focus).
Prior experience in investment management, investment banking, financial services is must
Strong leadership and team-handling skills in a global delivery/BPO setup.
Proven experience working with US clients; ability to operate in EST/PST shifts.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to Yardi or other real estate software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics; advanced degree or CFA/CA/FRM preferred.
