Management Trainee - Finance

Location - Delhi Saket

Duration - 6 Months (Work from Office)

Stipend - 15000 Per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Intern to support our finance team

in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal

candidate will assist in monitoring transactions, organizing records, preparing reports, and

ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor discrepancies in payments and investigate charges made to company credit cards.
• Organize and maintain a financial filing system that is easy to access and review.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports for senior management.
• Communicate with clients regarding payments, refunds, and financial statements.
• Verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure all reports reflect correct final figures.
• Support budget preparation and help reconcile departmental financial reports.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally etc. is a plus).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial data.
