GyanDhan is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager – Loan Operations to be the first point of contact for students exploring education loans. The role involves working from a partner EdTech office, handling company-provided leads, assisting students with the loan process (from login to disbursement), and managing EMI collections. Key Responsibilities: Interact with student leads generated through company partnerships. Counsel students about education loans and explain available options. Handle the complete loan lifecycle — from login to disbursement . Collect and verify required documents for loan applications. Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners (banks/NBFCs). Track EMI collections and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly. Required Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills . Experience in loan processing, education finance, or sales preferred. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; other South Indian languages are a bonus. Strong multitasking, documentation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of loan terms like EMI, disbursement, etc., is a plus.
