GyanDhan was started in 2016 by two IIT alumni- Ankit Mehra and Jainesh Sinha. Since its inception, GyanDhan has provided 25000+ loans and has disbursed over INR 8000 crores in education loans. GyanDhan has also ventured into the domestic segment offering interest-free loans for school fees, college fees, and upskilling courses. The Company has partnered with more than 400 institutes in India to date. Job Profile : We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Tele Collection Executive to join our team in Saket. The role involves managing debt collection processes through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and references, with a focus on education loans. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage debt recovery across different buckets by engaging with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other references. ● Send professional email communications for debt collection and follow-up. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the company’s CRM software. ● Address and resolve customer payment issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary. ● Build strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and resolve outstanding issues. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolution of customer Queries. Desired Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: 6 months to 2 years in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or tele calling. ● Communication: Strong verbal skills in both Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus). ● Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media and email communication. ● Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask, manage customer relationships, and resolve issues effectively. ● Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities efficiently Location: Saket Working days : Mon to Sat Timings: 10 Am to 7 Pm Show more Show less
