What You'll Do

You'll be a key player in our mission to make fixed-income investing accessible and transparent. Your responsibilities will be a mix of sales support and customer service, including:

• Sales Support: Help generate and qualify leads, manage our CRM system, and prepare sales presentations and marketing materials. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and keep our client engagement strong.
• Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, guiding them through the onboarding process, including KYC documentation and account setup. You'll also provide platform navigation assistance and resolve any basic technical or transactional issues.
• Compliance and Operations: Assist with maintaining accurate records, preparing compliance documentation, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SEBI guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Someone currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• A basic understanding of financial markets and fixed-income instruments.
• A keen eye for detail and a compliance-oriented mindset.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment.
