Job Description

Provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process and help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support
Ensure quarterly reconciliations for all processors, and undertake other sales and accounting activities to track and minimize variance and in the collection figures as per credit period
Ensure customer complaints are tracked for breakages, shortage and quality and resolved as per TAT
Ensure availability of Samples & Collaterals at processors place
Prepare & Circulate MIS as per schedule.
Monitor processor offtake for AIS as well as competitors and highlight concerns.
Monitor Processor stock movement.
