Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Contribution: Work on high-impact projects across different departments (e.g., Product Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Technology Strategy, Business Development) to drive business growth and efficiency. Technical Solutioning & Implementation: Leverage technical skills to contribute to technical architecture discussions. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to senior management. Process Improvement & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions for improvement, often leveraging technological tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including engineers, product managers, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform business decisions. Stakeholder Management: Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Learning & Development: Actively participate in structured training programs, mentorship, and self-learning to continuously enhance technical and business skills. Qualifications: Education: Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Prior work experience (typically 2-5 years) in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Technical Consultant) prior to MBA is highly preferred. Show more Show less
