Role Overview: We are looking for passionate Mechanical Engineering freshers who want to go beyond the conventional manufacturing career and build a long-term future in Management Consulting . As a Management system Consultant , you will work with various clients across India on ISO management system standards , get hands-on experience in process improvement, audits, system implementation , and more. This role involves on-site consulting, learning multiple industries , and contributing to real change. A great opportunity to blend technical background with business systems and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities: Work with senior consultants to support clients in implementing ISO and other management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, etc.) Visit client locations across various industries to understand processes and identify gaps Assist in preparing documentation like SOPs, manuals, risk assessments, etc. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, internal audits, and trainings under supervision Interact with client teams to gather data and ensure implementation milestones are met Continuously learn industry practices and compliance requirements across sectors Provide on-ground execution support during certification and surveillance audits Maintain timely documentation and status reports for project tracking Key Skills Required: Basic understanding of manufacturing & engineering processes Strong analytical and documentation skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to different industries and client environments High discipline, commitment, and learning attitude Who should Apply: Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical + MBA (any specialization) MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / General Management Candidates who prefer consulting and process excellence over core manufacturing roles Strong interest in business systems, continuous improvement , and client interaction Open to frequent travel and working across various industries Why they’re suitable: Mechanical Engineers bring strong analytical, process, and technical understanding across industries.
