Position: Senior Lead Consultant – ISO Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad Vacancy: 01 Experience: 8 to 15Years Company Website: https://www.4cpl.com/ Working Days: 5 Days a Week Travel: Willingness to travel pan India as per project requirements About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Lead Consultant – ISO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality, Production, Development, or Documentation within the manufacturing sector. This role is focused on supporting clients in implementing and maintaining ISO management systems, ensuring compliance, and driving continual improvement. Eligibility Criteria Experience: Candidates with relevant industry experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Production / Operations Process Development ISO Documentation / Internal Auditing Worked as a Management Representative (MR) for ISO systems Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience in documentation and system implementation Good presentation and client engagement skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Sound technical knowledge and understanding of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) Roles & Responsibilities Assist clients in aligning their processes and documentation with relevant ISO standards. Develop and review policies, procedures, manuals, and formats for client organizations to meet certification requirements. Guide teams and process owners in defining processes, setting objectives, and managing system-level changes. Plan, schedule, and conduct on-site visits for implementation support and internal quality audits. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal audit systems. Conduct trainings on ISO awareness, internal auditing, and quality management tools. Lead audit closing meetings, facilitate management review sessions, and provide actionable insights. Drive clients toward successful ISO certification and help embed systems for ongoing performance improvement. Ensure project deliverables are achieved on time with minimal disruption to client operations.
