MIS Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports and data models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Collect and analyze data from various internal systems to provide accurate, timely and actionable insights.
Develop process workflows to streamline business operations ensuring consistency and quality control.
Monitor and optimize internal tools and platforms for efficient data handling, process automation and task tracking.
Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for MIS processes and data governance.
Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Train and support internal teams on tools and dashboards usage as required.
Track product performance metrics and user data across digital products and channels.

Preferences:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience with Excel (advanced), SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in digital product environments is a strong plus.
