Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  across departments
• Manage and analyze

  large datasets

  to provide accurate and meaningful insights.
• Develop

  dashboards, trackers, and data visualizations

  for management decision-making.
• Identify

  data discrepancies

  , ensure data integrity, and streamline reporting processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate reports.
• Automate reports using

  advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards

  .
• Generate

  performance and productivity reports

  for management review.
• Provide timely and accurate data support for audits and business reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  MIS reporting, data validation, and automation

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data under tight deadlines.
• Must be an

  immediate joiner

  and willing to work

  from office (Gurgaon Sector 35)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in

  Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, or related field

  .
• Certification in

  MIS or Data Analytics

  will be an added advantage.
