Management Information System Executive

As a Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager at our organization, your primary objective is to manage, develop, and maintain MIS for accurate reporting, data integrity, and business decision support. You will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate generation of business intelligence reports, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement through tools like SAP and Power BI. - Develop and manage regular MIS reports and dashboards to support business functions. - Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms. - Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Excel Macros, or other similar tools. - Coordinate with different departments to gather data and understand reporting requirements. - Support management in decision-making by providing timely and insightful data analysis. - Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive business data. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective MIS solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems as required. - Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve system/reporting issues promptly. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in MIS and systems administration, with a strong background in SAP and Power BI. - Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other reporting tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.,
