We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team and support our operations through accurate data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and manage MIS reports and dashboards. • Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to generate meaningful business insights. • Automate recurring reports using Excel tools and macros. • Maintain accuracy and consistency in data reporting. • Coordinate with various departments to gather data and prepare consolidated reports. • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance trackers. • Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles. • Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros). • Knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
