Management Associate / Business Analyst (B.Tech + MBA Graduate)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical B.Tech + MBA graduate to join our team as a Management Associate. This role is designed for individuals who combine technical problem-solving with business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
• Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support management decisions.
• Prepare business presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement new systems or process changes.
• Monitor KPIs, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, budgeting, and internal reviews.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within assigned departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) from a reputed institution.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or Strategy.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or projects in consulting, operations, or analytics preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of business processes, project management, and financial concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or project management software.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
• Interest in technology, innovation, or digital transformation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
