Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and must be proficient in using Xero accounting software. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
• Utilize Xero to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business decision-making.
• Provide mentorship or guidance to junior finance staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).
• 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience using Xero accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
