Profile Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Management Accountant – Data Analytics & Financial Strategy to join our finance team. This role blends core accounting responsibilities with data analytics to support reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis).
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Audits, GST filing, and statutory compliance.
Build dashboards in Power BI / Excel to visualize financial data and trends.
Identify financial KPIs, cost drivers, and efficiency gaps.
Collaborate with trading and strategy teams to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
Education: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred).
Tally / ERP experience and understanding of compliance frameworks.
Soft Skills: Analytical, proactive, and strong in communication & teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
