Maintenance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating various equipment including Hydraulic Presses, Automatic Kilns, Mixers, auto-batching plants, Packing machines, EOT cranes. You should have a good understanding of AutoCAD, solid works/ navisworks, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. Additionally, knowledge of utilities such as compressors, pumps, DG set, forklift truck is required. Your experience should cover both preventive and predictive plant maintenance, as well as spare parts management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and operate Hydraulic Presses, Automatic Kilns, Mixers, auto-batching plants, Packing machines, EOT cranes - Troubleshoot hydraulic systems - Manage utilities including compressors, pumps, DG set, forklift truck - Perform preventive and predictive plant maintenance - Manage spare parts effectively Qualifications Required: - B. Tech/ BE in Mechanical from a reputed college - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience Additionally, work experience in refractory bricks manufacturing is preferred. You should possess qualities such as being results/action-oriented, well-organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and flexible. A strong creative mindset, self-starter, and team player with strategic thinking abilities are essential. You should be able to interpret basic financial data, communicate effectively, facilitate discussions, and prepare presentations. Furthermore, you should have good management skills, be computer literate with advanced levels in MS Excel and Power-point, and be able to lead and engage with senior managers across the organization.
