You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all maintenance activities. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs for all plant machinery, equipment, and utility systems. Manage the maintenance budget effectively. - Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and fitters. - Oversee the maintenance and repair of rotating and static equipment, piping, and material handling systems. Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring. - Manage welding, fabrication, and structural repair activities. - Optimize spare parts inventory management, coordinate procurement of quality spares, tools, and services. Evaluate vendors and contractors for maintenance-related services. - Implement reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis techniques. Drive initiatives for maintenance cost reduction, energy conservation, and efficiency improvement. - Promote the adoption of new maintenance technologies and best practices such as predictive maintenance tools.
