Job Description

Maintenance Manager / Sr. Maintenance Manager
Location: Daman

Experience: 12–20 Years
Qualification: BE Electrical / B.Tech Electrical / DEE

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
Manage mechanical maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all equipment.
Handle utility maintenance, including chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and related systems.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure high machine availability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for maintenance-related requirements.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and safety compliance for all maintenance operations.
Manage and guide the maintenance team to achieve department targets.

Preferred Background:

Experience in packaging or similar manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
