Maintenance Lead

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment and systems run efficiently. Lead and train a team of technicians across mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled disciplines. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements. Manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, GMP). ·        Document maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). ·        Coordinate contracted maintenance work and assist with commissioning new equipment. ·        Respond to and resolve maintenance-related complaints and emergencies Organizational Role·        Maintenance Manager or Facility Manager. ·        Supervises 40 to 50 CL Workers & 12 technicians depending on factory size. ·        Plays a key role in ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards (e.g., ISO compliance). Qualifications·         Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. ·        Preferred: Associate degree or higher in technical, engineering, or facility management. ·        Experience: At least 12 years in maintenance, with 2+ years in a leadership role.    Immediate Joiners only...
