Job Description

Job Responsiblities:

Ensure machinery, equipments, infrastructure run optimally with minimal downtime.
Troubleshooting of equipment malfunction like drilling machine, press machine, compressor etc.
Servicing & replacing of old equipments.
Conducting routine maintenance and inspecting equipments.
Conducting maintenance process Audits.
Undertaking planned maintenance.
Establish maintenance procedures & protocols.
Procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist components, fixtures, or fittings
Setting & tracking maintenance KPIs.
Playing active role in setting up and executing preventive maintenance.
Supervise the maintenance of Production and electrical equipment.
Review daily work orders and provide reports.
Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.
Active involvement in Audits

Internal process

People development

Ensure identification of development needs for associate and ensure implementation of Training with HR department in order to support Departmental goals.
Provide appropriate training to the associates.
