Job Description

Hiring for Lead Maintenance

Years of Experience - 3-5 Years

Location - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Repairs and Maintenance
Carry out maintenance operations for existing and new stores for specific items as assigned.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all retail locations, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and upkeep. (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, Acs, Security systems)
Review AMCs for preventive maintenance across the stores pan India. Negotiate best rate contracts and TATs with the agencies.
Review open tickets on maintenance and ensure timely closure.

New Store Handover
Visit stores during handover, ensure all the items are as per the punch list.
Identify snags by creating punch list, documentation, drawings etc. and highlight issues to the Fit-out team

Airport Stores
Ensure that entry passes are created timely including biometric passes and renewal of passes as and when required.

MIS & Reporting
Maintain trackers store wise and regularly update status of progress
Regular reconciliation and communication with the Accounts team and follow up for vendor payments

Process Efficiency and Automation
Timely renewal of all the agreements on the parameters of timelines, costing and quality.

People Management
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure repair and maintenance work is carried out smoothly.
