Continuously monitors the AOCC stakeholder’s performance as per the process defined. 9.Manage airport processes/resources in a pro-active manner and ensure prevention of operational `bottlenecks 10. Conduct operations of Airport Operation Control Centre, in a manner to achieve the Airport’s `objective of Efficiency, Safety and Punctuality without losing Service quality with assistance from team. 11. Coordinate and synchronize all processes and sub-processes at the airport, in real time. 12. Action all relevant procedure during cancelled flight planned & unplanned. 13. Responsible for achieving optimum levels of coordination with all Airport partners to ensure that the entire airport processes function well. 14.Ensure the basic data for all the aircrafts are entered in the system as per the defined procedure and Ensure very high quality Data input into Airport operational database, so as to ensure accurate and timely `information to passengers and accurate billing in the prescribed format. 15.Regular audit of basic data in AOS system and process to be implemented as per process defined in PCM (Process Change Management) 16.Coordinate and synchronize all processes and sub-processes at the airport, in real time. 17. Shall be responsible for accuracy and informative data into daily management report. 18. Manager along with team shall be responsible to achieve optimum levels of coordination with all Airport `partners to ensure that all the airport processes function well. 19. Ensure accurate mapping is done for Integrated Management System process for AOCC. Ensure the information is sourced and disseminated to various stake holders for effective use of all fixed resources and on time performance. 16. Always try to sell the AOCC concept to all new partners and brief about AOCC to visitors if any. 17. Ensure all operations related reports are send to appropriate stakeholders and adhere to timelines.

Know the menu, Galley Loading Plan (GLP) and Equipment Loading Plan (ELP) for the aircrafts handled by the unit. Primarily responsible for loading and offloading of equipment to and from the aircraft and also be well versed with the ramp safety procedures and ensure strict compliance. Responsible for systematic galley loading of equipment and also handover to the Crew in a professional manner with proper filled checksheets. To ensure that all items are offloaded and fresh uplift loaded on the aircraft before removal of the hiloader and the entire procedure is carried out within the specified time. To constantly be in touch with airline officials for passenger load so as to cater to any increases well within time. All increases will be dispatched from TSAC by the Base Supervisor and will have to be loaded on the aircraft systematically by the Flight Supervisor. All flight challans are correctly raised and signed by the appropriate airline authority after the flight. Plan and supervise correct equipment packing and all class preset and develop procedures, schedules and checklists. Keep the airline's manuals up-to-date and ensure that filing of checklists, inventories, packing plans and other important records are made properly. Maintain all records flight wise required as per HACCP and ISO norms and also ensure compliance. Report any complaints from customers and other departments and keep the Duty Manager / Duty Officer informed about those complaints, findings, reasons and action taken. Ensure that designated sections and areas under him/her are always kept clean, before and after the flight. Participate in sectional / departmental briefings / meetings, discuss problems related to equipment or staff if any, and suggest improvements. Also perform any other duties and take responsibilities assigned to him by the seniors from time to time.
