Maintenance Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing the plan, budget for maintenance function and activities in alignment with the business plan and objectives of the division.
2. Responsible for ensuring the availability and functioning of machinery/equipment, achieving no loss in production time, which includes overseeing maintenance activities, machine component upgrades, preventive maintenance and others. 3. Ensure power supply to plant facilities and manage utility services in the division. 4. Review and monitor maintenance expense budget to ensure it is within budgetary allocations and optimisation of costs. 5. Oversee compliance and adherence to statutory bodies for ISO certifications, HSE regulations and create, sustain a safe working environment 6. Lead and manage the Maintenance team

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. with 20+ years of experience

Must have technical expertise in Sintering Furnaces, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Strong Communication skills.
