Maintenance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.

• Breakdown Management:

• Respond promptly to equipment failures and ensure quick resolution to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Team Leadership:

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Inventory & Spare Parts Management:

• Maintain adequate stock of critical spares and consumables.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

• Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training for the maintenance team.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and costs.
• Prepare periodic reports for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance within the

  precast or heavy manufacturing industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in

  precast concrete production machinery

  (moulds, batching plants, cranes, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
