Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Head to oversee all maintenance operations across our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, functionality, and safety of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning & Management:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Team Supervision:
• Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and other staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Property Inspection & Repairs:
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee repair works, ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, fire codes, and building standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and inventory.
• Emergency Handling:
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergency situations such as power failures, leaks, or structural issues.
• Inventory & Equipment Management:
• Manage maintenance equipment, tools, and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Head or similar role in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Facility Management or relevant technical training.
• Experience handling large-scale residential or commercial properties.
