Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
Plant Maintenance & Engineering operations
for heavy engineering manufacturing
Ensure
safe, high-quality manufacturing
of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Skids & Modular Fabrication
Manage
preventive & breakdown maintenance
of CNC/NC machines, welding equipment, EOT cranes, compressors & hydraulic systems
Oversee manufacturing activities across
multiple production bays including Machine Shop
Drive
on-time delivery (OTD)
with optimal utilization of
man & machine resources
Plan and monitor production & maintenance schedules using
MS Project
Lead
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for equipment failures, quality deviations & safety incidents
Ensure compliance with
client-approved drawings, procedures, ITPs & WTPs
Implement and maintain
ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems
for maintenance
Handle
PLC troubleshooting, inverter-based welding machines & CNC breakdowns
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning & Safety teams for issue resolution
Lead, mentor and develop shop-floor teams; handle
union-related matters
Drive
productivity improvement, automation & cost optimization initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineer + Diploma in
Mechanical / Production
15+ years
experience in
Maintenance & Plant Engineering
in heavy engineering/manufacturing
Strong exposure to
heat exchangers, pressure vessels & fabrication shops
Hands-on expertise in
machine maintenance, welding systems & hydraulics
Proven leadership, decision-making & analytical problem-solving skills
Experience working with
ERP systems
in manufacturing environment
