Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance management with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
