Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to lead overall maintenance of injection molding machines, tool room equipment, laser marking systems, utilities, and plant facilities. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, breakdown reduction, and ensuring high machine uptime to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive & predictive maintenance for molding machines, mold systems, compressors, chillers, utilities, and facility equipment.
• Handle breakdown troubleshooting and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and manage shifts, training & skill development.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors/AMCs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintenance documentation.
• Track KPIs: machine uptime, downtime, MTTR/MTBF, maintenance cost, and energy usage.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15+ years of maintenance experience in injection molding or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage breakdowns under pressure.
• Open to deserving candidates with strong skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,803.35 - ₹60,078.35 per month
