Maintenance Head

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Head at Asian Plasto Industries, located in Haridwar, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all maintenance activities. This includes managing preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair tasks, and maintenance management. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure machinery functions smoothly, and implement strategies to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and maintenance management - Manage the maintenance team and ensure their tasks are carried out effectively - Implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair - Experience in Maintenance Management and general maintenance tasks - Strong team management skills - Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities - Willingness to work on-site in Haridwar - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,
