About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics. This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ML models, implement MLOps pipelines, and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You will also be responsible for ensuring performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices while staying updated with emerging technologies in the ML/AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.
• Deploy ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for automation, monitoring, and version control.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning to improve accuracy.
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI, ML, and deep learning frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, with hands-on experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Proven experience deploying ML solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
• Experience with data visualization for communicating analytical findings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized ML deployments.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming frameworks.
• Prior experience working in Agile development teams.
• Understanding of ethical AI and responsible machine learning practices.
