Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and healthcare/clinical data applications. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions.
In this role, you will focus on building and fine-tuning advanced ML/NLP models, with a strong emphasis on LLMs, prompt engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and OCR-based solutions. Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face transformers, and OCR libraries such as Tesseract and Amazon Textract is required. Experience with AWS services including Bedrock and SageMaker is expected, while familiarity with AgentCore is a strong plus.You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end ML solutions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/GDPR and other data privacy standards.
