Job Description

We are seeking a

Consulting Lead

with expertise in

Private Equity (PE), M&A, and Corporate Strategy

to drive the execution of complex consulting projects, develop business opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership. This role requires a strong ability to

manage project delivery, engage with clients, and develop intellectual assets

for continued market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Delivery & Execution



  • Lead the

    end-to-end execution of consulting projects

    across the

    Pre-Deal, Deal Execution, and Value Creation/Scaling

    phases for

    Private Equity and Corporate clients

    .

  • Ensure

    timely and high-quality

    project delivery through

    effective team management, defining key deliverables, prioritization, and deadline setting

    .

  • Collaborate with

    cross-functional teams and stakeholders

    to align project outcomes with client objectives.


Business Development & Client Engagement



  • Identify and convert

    client opportunities

    by building relationships with

    PE/M&A leadership, client account teams, and corporate stakeholders

    across geographies.

  • Support

    RFP discussions, proposal preparation, and client presentations

    , working closely with bid managers and account leads.

  • Leverage industry knowledge and consulting expertise to

    originate new projects and business extensions

    .


Practice Development & Thought Leadership



  • Develop

    new intellectual assets, thought leadership, and offerings

    to enhance the team s market presence and drive demand generation.

  • Conduct and facilitate

    internal knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring programs, and capability-building initiatives

    .

  • Stay updated on

    emerging trends in Private Equity, M&A, and corporate finance

    , obtaining relevant certifications and training to maintain expertise.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Proven experience in

    Private Equity, M&A consulting, or Corporate Strategy

    .

  • Strong expertise in

    deal execution, due diligence, financial modeling, and value creation strategies

    .

  • Demonstrated success in

    client relationship management and business development

    .

  • Experience in

    project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement

    .

  • Excellent

    presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

    .

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
