Job Description

Head-Land Acquisition

You are responsible for the end-to-end identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic land parcels for the company's real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing investment potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Sourcing
: Develop and implement land acquisition strategies; proactively identify and source potential land through networking, market research, and industry contacts.
Due Diligence
: Oversee comprehensive due diligence, including zoning, environmental, legal, and title checks, and financial feasibility studies.
Negotiation & Closure
: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to secure favorable terms and manage deal structuring and closure.
Stakeholder Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government officials , legal counsel, and internal teams (Finance, Legal, Planning).
Compliance & Liaisoning
: Ensure adherence to state-specific land laws, obtain necessary approvals, and coordinate with revenue/municipal authorities.
Reporting & Analysis
: Prepare detailed reports, market trend analyses, financial projections, and risk assessments for senior management.
Team Leadership
: Manage and mentor the acquisition team, overseeing workflows and ensuring efficient execution.
Documentation
: Prepare and finalize crucial documents like Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Power of Attorney, and Lease Deeds.
