Job Description

Role Overview:

Dr. Morepen Limited is looking for a high-potential Business Strategy professional to work closely with the Managing Directors Office. The role will support corporate strategy, performance management, and execution of key strategic initiatives across the organization, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the MD’s Office on corporate strategy, annual plans, and long-term growth initiatives

Conduct market, financial, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making

Prepare board-level presentations, strategy decks, and management MIS

Track and drive execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives

Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and M&A proposals

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with finance teams

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Handle special projects and ad-hoc strategic assignments from the MD

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a premier IIM

3–7 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or MD/CEO office roles

Strong exposure to financial modelling, analytics, and strategic frameworks

Experience in pharma, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing will be an added advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

High ownership, attention to detail, and execution focus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Strong stakeholder and leadership management skills
