Land Acquisition Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Land Acquisition (Primary Role):

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for

  real estate / plotting projects

• Manage

  end-to-end land acquisition

  , including:
• Title due diligence & ownership verification
  
• Negotiations with landowners and brokers
  
• Deal structuring, pricing, and closures
  
• Coordinate with

  legal teams, surveyors, and government authorities

• Ensure compliance with

  state-wise land laws, approvals, and registrations

• Maintain strong relationships with

  landowners, brokers, and consultants

• Track land prices, market trends, and future development corridors
  

Executive Assistant to MD:

• Act as a

  key support person to the Managing Director

• Manage MDs calendar, meetings, travel, and confidential communication
  
• Prepare

  deal notes, MIS reports, presentations, and follow-ups

• Coordinate meetings with landowners, lawyers, consultants, and stakeholders
  
• Track MDs action points and ensure timely execution
  
• Represent MD in meetings when required

Candidate Profile:

  10+ years of experience

  real estate land acquisition

• Hands-on experience across

  Tamil Nadu and other states

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills
• High integrity, maturity, and confidentiality
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good Knowledge in Other District Lands
