Luxury Store Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow customer base, increase store traffic, and drive profitability.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring alignment with brand values and service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Execute promotional activities and maintain impeccable in-store displays in line with brand identity.
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and financial performance.
• Manage store budgets, track expenses, and oversee accurate financial record-keeping.
• Set and achieve performance targets in collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager.
  

Role Requirements:

• Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for coaching and developing individuals and teams.
• High energy levels with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Sharp analytical thinking and sound commercial judgment.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail, Indian market dynamics, and global retail trends.
• Strong operational skills including inventory management, stock handling, and cash operations.
• Ability to uphold brand and store presentation standards consistently.
  

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, including prior experience as a Store Manager.
• Proven expertise in managing store operations from product intake to final sale.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering "customer delight" and nurturing lasting client relationships.
• Experience in conducting staff evaluations, resolving employee issues, and developing career growth plans.
• Motivational leadership with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to inspire a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual.
