Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience
• Drive high-value sales through client engagement, relationship-building, and personalized service
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of luxury sales advisors to exceed targets
• Manage inventory, VM standards, and store ambience to reflect brand ethos
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, focusing on repeat business and referrals
• Implement strategies to attract and retain HNI clientele
• Maintain impeccable grooming and etiquette standards across the team.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Proven track record in HNI client management and premium sales
• Prior experience with brands like

  Cartier, Rolex, Tanishq, Louis Vuitton, Tanishq, Gucci, Tom Ford

  , or equivalent luxury brands is highly preferred.
• Candidates from luxury hospitality (e.g.,

  5-star or boutique hotels

  ) with strong guest relations and team handling experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, customer empathy, and a keen eye for detail.
