Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the maintenance strategy for our projects, influencing design for serviceability (DfS), and ensuring service readiness is embedded in equipment design. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, RAMS, System Architects, Sourcing, and more), manage LSA deliverables, and lead a team of LSA Engineers to meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.You’ll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans, LSA elements (e.g., LCC, LORA, RCM), and spare part allocations, but also ensure compliance with predictive maintenance requirements and capitalize data in central ISR repositories.We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and validating maintenance strategies and support solutions
- Managing the LSA team, workload, and deliverables
- Ensuring technical alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing LSA management plans and maintenance documentation
- Defining Logistic Breakdown Structures (LBS) and ensuring alignment with engineering BOMs
- Driving continuous improvement and capitalizing on lessons learned

- Engineering University Degree or equivalent
- Experience in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and maintainability studies
- Knowledge of ISR elements such as RAMS, LORA, RCM, and LCC
- Familiarity with railways equipment maintenance practices
- People management and leadership skills
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in English
