Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Integrated Support and Reliability (ISR) to a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in shaping maintenance strategies by influencing design for serviceability (DFS) and integrating predictive maintenance requirements (PHM: Prognostics & Health Management). Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Industrial Regions, and Central ILS Platform Functions, to ensure service readiness, oversee LSA deliverables, and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Youll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans and LSA elements (e.g., MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM), as well as spare part allocation for provisional use, but also validate support solutions and associated documentation or training toolkits.
Well look to you for:
- Identifying performance allocations in compliance with design-for-serviceability targets
- Managing LSA activities to deliver QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments
- Writing and implementing LSA management plans
- Ensuring the proper application of DfS on subsystems and components
- Defining and maintaining the Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) aligned with the Design Engineering BOM
- Collaborating with sourcing teams to ensure ISR requirements are met
- Validating technical maintenance documentation and training toolkits
- Capitalizing data to improve QCD for future projects
