Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer - Electrical in Sricity were looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical maintenance expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. Youll work alongside dedicated and solution-oriented teammates. You'll ensure the smooth operation of production and utility equipment, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), implement preventive maintenance plans, and much more. Youll specifically take care of the maintenance of equipment like portable spot guns, MIG and stud welding systems, and power distribution systems, but also oversee hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lifting platforms, compressors, and more. We’ll look to you for: Ensuring adherence to safety rules and maintaining production equipment in good working order Executing periodical maintenance plans and loss reduction activities Analyzing breakdowns and implementing countermeasures Managing spare parts inventory with cost-saving initiatives Coordinating with teams and vendors to complete tasks on time Maintaining and updating audit-related documentation Training and developing lower-level team members All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Degree in Electrical Engineering (4-year university degree) 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the automobile or railway manufacturing industry Strong understanding of AC/DC drive and PLC systems, as well as 33KV/415V power distribution systems Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics systems, including pumps, cylinders, and valves Knowledge of error-proofing and automation systems Experience with equipment like EOT cranes, scissor lifts, and tow trucks C License (advantageous) Flexibility to work in a 3-shift pattern, 6 days a week Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
