Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the maintenance strategy for our projects, influencing design for serviceability (DfS), and ensuring service readiness is embedded in equipment design. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, RAMS, System Architects, Sourcing, and more), manage LSA deliverables, and lead a team of LSA Engineers to meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.
Youll specifically take care of defining maintenance plans, LSA elements (e.g., LCC, LORA, RCM), and spare part allocations, but also ensure compliance with predictive maintenance requirements and capitalize data in central ISR repositories.

-
Ensuring technical alignment with internal and external stakeholders
