Key Accountabilities: Ensure delivery of transportation solution systems in compliance with RAMS guidelines and quality standards, and in accordance with time and budget constraints. Ensure execution of the RAMS activities through participation to projects, bidding and delivery phases: System RAMS planning, preliminary RAMS project analyses and early feedback to project team since the early phases of the project (frontloading), attendance to design reviews with suppliers, attendance to RAMS field tests. Ensure Safety Case development and RAM parameters performance Demonstration. Ensure delivery of project RAMS analysis and documents at system and subsystem level in cooperation with the other technology functions, Operation & Maintenance and external suppliers. Provide technical support to RAMS Managers for management Ensure that subsystems suppliers are provided with unambiguous RAMS requirements and minimize supplier turnaround time for delivery of subsystem. RAMS analysis and ensure V&V evidence. Ensure development, improvement and implementation of System RAMS standard processes. Provide technical support to RAMS Managers for management and interface of Independent Safety Assessor, Employer and External uthorities. Ensure the provision of schedule and cost progress to relevant RAMS Manager. Ensure the provision of RAMS requirements, if any, and the Hazard Log to the relevant Product and Signalling RAMS Engineers.

Assist in drafting letters, reply to all the queries raised at various levels of the approval process and guide the team in obtaining approvals / permissions etc. 9. Visit various Statutory bodies, Ward offices, Planning Authorities etc. as and when required to obtain various information and approvals. 10. Assist senior for preparing presentations to all project stakeholders, Statutory bodies etc. as and when required. 11. Assist senior for project related meetings / presentations etc. 12. To assist/perform any other task / duty to complete the work assigned to SSA. 13. To ensure that the data compiled / prepared is in the format required by client / project requirement. 14. To assist/participate in compilation of data / drawings/documents required by Client for various statutory permissions/NOC etc. as per project requirement. 15. All tasks that are required to be done as per scope of work, responsibility matrix and Client requirement for the project. Educational QualificationBE Civil/B Arch with minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in liasioning Other Requirements : - Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written - English and Marathi) - Ability to independently draft letters / take and prepare meeting notes - Team player - Abilities to multitask This job opening was posted long time back.
