Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as an LP Manager, preferably an Ex-Serviceman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
