Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as an LP Manager, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent incidents and minimize risks.
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices and emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations, focusing on customer service and guest satisfaction.
