Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Business Development

• Source new leads through existing customer databases, referrals, and networking.
  
• Share details of new projects, ongoing offers, and investment opportunities with customers.
  
• Conduct need analysis discussions and connect prospective leads with the sales team.
  
• Maintain a healthy referral pipeline and ensure effective lead tracking and closure.
  

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for referral clients.
  

Campaign & Event Coordination

• Work closely with the

  Marketing, Sales, and Loyalty Program

  teams to implement engagement campaigns.
• Organize and activate

  customer and employee engagement events

  to promote referrals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Track referral leads, conversion ratios, and campaign ROI.
  
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management review.
  
• Identify insights and improvement areas to enhance the effectiveness of referral programs.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in

  Loyalty Programs, Referral Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
