Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote electric bike products.
Handle objections efficiently and engage customers with strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales.
Maintain a positive attitude, resilience, and thrive in a fastpaced sales environment.
Address customer queries and concerns effectively while providing accurate product information.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Office / Advanced Excel, SAP, and CRM tools.
Excellent command over English both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Hindi will be mandatory.

Strong communication, convincing skills, and customer service orientation
