Responsibilities
Own data pipelines from question to insight, build dashboards that drive decisions, run cohort and funnel analysis, partner with Product, Growth and Ops to define and measure experiments, and turn messy datasets into crisp recommendations that move revenue and Responsibilities :
- Own analysis for product and growth initiatives: funnels, cohorts, LTV, CAC, retention, conversion drivers and merchant health metrics.
- Write production-ready SQL to extract, transform and validate data; build repeatable queries and documented data models.
- Build dashboards and visual reports for leadership and operator teams (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Superset).
- Design and analyze A/B tests and feature experiments; translate results into product or growth recommendations.
- Translate business problems into analytics requirements and clearly communicate results and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with engineering and data teams to improve instrumentation and data quality; own metrics Qualifications & Skills :
- 2+ years hands-on experience in a B2C / e-commerce / marketplace product analytics or business analyst role.
- Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, GROUP BY, CTEs) and confidence working directly on raw event tables.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, slicers, modelling).
- Comfortable with product/growth metrics: funnels, retention, LTV, CAC, active user metrics and ARPU.
- Clear stakeholder communication: can present insights and recommended next steps to PMs, Ops, and leadership.
- Planning and Forecasting Revenue, retention and acquisition metrics.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard to have skills :
- Exposure to experiment design and statistical significance testing.
- Python / R for ad-hoc analysis or automation.
- Prior work in marketplace/merchant onboarding, catalogue analytics, or local retail operations.
- Marketplace and Ecommerce Business success looks like in 36 months
- Reliable weekly dashboards used by Growth, Product and Ops.
- 23 concrete experiments analysed end-to-end with clear business recommendations.
