Position: Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating shipping, customs, and warehouse operations while ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, and documentation.
• Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or transport issues efficiently.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support administrative and on-site activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Candidates with own visa or dependent visa are preferred.
